Soccer: Pearl River girls edge Ursuline
Area Prep Soccer Report for Friday, December 9
Pearl River came to the south shore and edged Ursuline Academy 1-0 Thursday at The Fly.
Andie Gill put in the only goal in the 40th minute and the Rebels made it hold up.
In an evenly played match, each team took eight shots.
Pearl River (2-4) won its second straight match and the Rebels will play at Riverside Academy next Friday.
Ursuline (4-2-1) will play at Pope John Paul II Friday evening at 5:30 p.m.
