Soccer: Hahnville rolls over Thibodaux

Area Prep Soccer Report for Saturday, Jan. 29

Coming off a big district win over highly ranked Archbishop Rummel, Hahnville continued its late season surge Friday with a 6-0 home victory Friday over Thibodaux.

Ethan Maher was the story, posting a hat trick for the Tigers while Owen Fontenot, Brendan Kenney and Evan Oubre each added a goal while Savon Isaac had a pair of assists.

Hahnville (12-6-3) has completed its regular season and will await its Division I playoff assignment. Thibodaux (6-13-2) concludes its season at home Saturday morning against H.L. Bourgeois.
