Soccer: Bonnabel fights past East Ascension, 1-0

Area Prep Soccer Report for Thursday, Nov. 18

Bonnabel and East Ascension played a tough match and the Bruins emerged victorious 1-0 Wednesday.

After a scoreless first half, senor Sebastian Ramos found the back of the net on an assist from senior Carlos Merlo to provide the margin of victory.

Junior Viktor Lobo was outstanding in goal, registering eight saves for the Bruins.

Bonnabel (2-0) returns to action Monday, hosting Sarah T. Reed at 4:30 p.m.
