Soccer: Belle Chasse wins at Thibodaux
Area Prep Soccer Report for Friday, Dec. 10
Belle Chasse made the trip to Thibodaux and came away with a 2-1 victory Thursday in boys action.
The match was tied 1-1 at halftime before the Cardinals got the game-winner in the second half.
Junior Dominick Ferguson and sophomore Elvin Linarez each had a goal for the Cardinals while sophomore Christopher Villareal had an assist.
James Miller had a pair of saves in goal.
Belle Chasse (2-2-1) returns to action this evening, hosting Terrebonne at 6 p.m. while the Tigers (3-6-1) have lost four straight and will host Covenant Christian next Tuesday at 6 p.m.
