OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Following its inaugural run through the Sooner Athletic Conference, seven Louisiana Christian University football players saw their names listed among the All-Conference list, which was released on Wednesday.

Leading the Wildcats on the All-Conference list was defensive back D’Mario Weathersby, who was named Second Team All-Conference. The sophomore from Clinton, La. led the team in tackles with 83 total tackles on the season. Two of those tackles were behind the line of scrimmage for a loss and he got his lone interception on the season in the season’s penultimate game at Lyon. This is Weathersby’s second postseason conference honor as he was named Third Team All-American Southwest Conference at the end of the Spring 2021 season.
