The Saints signed former Colts defensive tackle Kendall Langford to a one-year deal on Wednesday.

Langford confirmed the deal on his Twitter account.

To make room for Langford, the Saints cut fullback John Kuhn for the second time in three weeks.

The Saints have now added three defensive linemen to the active roster this week, re-signing Darryl Tapp and promoting another former Colt, David Parry, from the practice squad.

Langford was on the PUP list in Indianapolis while recovering from offseason knee surgery during training camp until his release Aug. 9. He appeared in seven games for the Colts last season before he landed on injured reserve.
