Saints sign defensive back Lonnie Johnson, Jr.

The New Orleans Saints added versatility and depth to their secondary wuth the signing of free agent Lonnie Johnson Jr. has signed a one-year deal.

The defensive back was a second round pick of the Texans in 2019 and played three season in Houston. Last year, he was with Titans but injuries limited his defensive and special teams snaps.

Johnson has seen time at free safety and cornerback in his NFL career.
