The kicker merry-go-round continues for the New Orleans Saints.

One week after cutting ties with Aldrick Rosas, the team will need to replace Cody Parkey.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Tuesday the Saints are placing the journeyman on injured reserve.

Prior to converting three of five extra points against Washington this past Sunday, Parkey injured his groin in pregame warmups.

With the Saints on a bye this week, it is possible that regular kicker Wil Lutz can return from injured reserve. He ha snot kicked this season while recovering from core surgery.
