The NFL’s version of a verdict is in.

Saints running back Alvin Kamara has been given a three-game suspension for his role in a Las Vegas nightclub incident in February 2022.

Kamara met Wednesday with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell in New York City to discuss the player’s violation of the league’s personal conduct policy.

After returning to the team Friday, Kamara spoke to the media about the incident and took accountability for his actions.

The 28-year old who reached a plea agreement at the beginning of July is no longer facing a felony charge for his role in the fight that took place on the eve of the Pro Bowl.

Kamara will will miss regular season games against the Titans, Panthers and Packers while serving his suspension. He would then be eligible to make his 2023 debut at home Oct. 1 against the Bucs.
