St. Augustine plays host to Archbishop Rummel at 2:30 p.m. at Tad Gormley Stadium in a District 9-5A battle that will air live on 106.1 FM NASH ICON and on the worldwide web at www.nashfm1061.com.

Ken Trahan of Cumulus Radio and CrescentCitySports.com will have the call with Phil Greco providing color commentary.

St. Augustine (2-1, 1-0) is coming off of an impressive victory over four-time defending Class 4A state champion Karr, 27-26, last Sunday.

The Purple Knights are led by quarterback Kendell Sampson, who has completed 60-of-98 passes for 732 yards with seven touchdowns and two interceptions. He has also rushed 26 times for 225 yards and two scores. Albert Quest V is the leading rusher for St. Aug with 34 carries for 247 yards and a touchdown. Tylie Keasley is their top receiver with 19 catches for 315 yards and two touchdowns. Florida State commit Byron Turner Jr. has 21 tackles, five sacks and has forced a pair of fumbles to headline the defense

Defending Division I state champion Archbishop Rummel (2-1, 1-1) is coming off of a 56-33 victory over Holy Cross.

The Raiders are led by quarterback Kyle Wickersham. The Richmond commit has completed 61-of-88 passes for 832 yards and 10 touchdowns with three interceptions. He has rushed 26 times for 77 yards and a score. Notre Dame commit Logan Diggs has 31 carries for 341 yards and six touchdowns, 11 catches for 113 yards and two touchdowns plus a kickoff return for a score as well. Nicholas Howard is the top receiver with 18 catches for 178 yards and three scores. Defensively, Memphis commit Kolbe Fields leads the way with 31 tackles.
