Rummel pitcher Giancarlo Arencibia commits to Tulane for 2024
Archbishop Rummel ace right-handed pitcher Giancarlo Arencibia committed Thursday to Tulane.

As a sophomore in 2022, Arencibia posted a 5-3 record with a 1.89 ERA.
In 10 appearances, all starts, Arencibia pitched 55.1 innings and allowed 15 earned runs on 44 hits. He walked 14 and struck out 68.
At the plate, Arencibia, mostly playing second base when not pitching, batted .241 with 17 RBI.
