Report: LSU tight end Jamal Pettigrew enters NCAA transfer portal

LSU senior tight end Jamal Pettigrew has entered the NCAA transfer portal, 247 Sports reported Saturday.

If he leaves for another program, Pettigrew will be immediately eligible as a graduate transfer.

The 6-foot-7 Pettigrew has played sparingly at LSU, catching two career passes for 17 yards.

The St. Augustine product was a four-star signee in 2016, choosing the Tigers over Power 5 programs like Alabama and Florida.
