West Monroe principal Shelby Ainsworth confirmed to thenewsstar.com that Wossman High School has registered a complaint with the LHSAA regarding the transfer of a student-athlete.

The News Star reports that the complaint questions the eligibility of junior defensive tackle Dalvin Hutchinson, a former Wossman football player. Wossman alleges that Hutchinson’s transfer to West Monroe did not comply with LHSAA regulations.

If the sending school raises an issue with the transfer, it triggers an LHSAA investigation. The LHSAA reserves the right to investigate any transfer and make a ruling on the student’s eligibility.
