Report: Daronte Jones expected to become LSU defensive coordinator
LSU is expected to hire Vikings defensive backs coach Daronte Jones to fill their defensive coordinator vacancy, Bruce Feldman of TheAthletic.com reports.

As was reported to be be set up over the weekend, Jones interviewed with LSU head coach Ed Orgeron on Monday.
With NFL experience over the past five seasons with the Vikings, Bengals and Dolphins, Jones has also worked with Wisconsin, Hawaii and Bowie State on the college level. He has no experience as a coordinator.
