Tulane reeled in their 15th commitment for the 2020 class when 3 star cornerback Kevaris Hall decided in favor of the Green Wave.

Hall is loose in the hips as a cover corner, possessing good length, closing speed, anticipation and willingness to challenge the run. He doubles as a prep wideout, grabbing nine passes last season for 110 yards and three scores last season.
