Recruiting: Texas secures commitment from Many defensive end Myron Warren
The Texas Longhorns are up to 21 commitments for the 2019 class following the verbal pledge of Many defensive end Myron Warren.
The 6-foot-3, 240 pounder previously committed to TCU before rescinding his pledge. He considered offers from over two doze programs including Tulane, Arizona State, Kansas, Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma State, Virginia Tech, ULL, Ole Miss, Missouri, Oregon, Tennessee, Nebraska, SMU, Texas A&M and Kansas State.
The 24th rated prospect in Louisiana for the 2019 signing period, Warren is a good pass rusher, uses hands well and has a hot motor. He is athletic enough to be a good basketball power forward for the Many Tigers.
In football, Many is the top overall seed in Class 2A with an overall 12-1 record thus far.
