Recruiting: St. Thomas More wide receiver Jack Bech commits to LSU

Family ties again have helped lure a 2021 class recruit into LSU’s collection of commitments.

St. Thomas More wide receiver Jack Bech decommitted from Vanderbilt and committed Sunday to the in-state Tigers.

The 6-foot-2, 215 pounder joins his passing combo partner, 2022 quarterback Walker Howard, as LSU commitments.

Bech’s uncles Brett and Blaine also played receiver for LSU. Howard’s father is former Tigers quarterback Jamie Howard.

Also this weekend, five star safety Sage Ryan out of Lafayette Christian pledge to LSU. He is the nephew of former Tigers star running back and current assistant coach Kevin Faulk.

LSU now has 21 commitment for their 2021 class.
