The 5-foot-10, 170 pounder with 4.5 speed originally committed to Tulane before changing his decision to Texas Tech. He decommitted from both. LaFrance also considered offers from Western Kentucky, Colorado State, Army, Tulane, Troy, TCU, Arkansas State, ULM, Nicholls, South Alabama, Texas Tech and Southern Miss.
Able to reach full speed in his second step, LaFrance jump cuts with good balance, slithers through small gaps when needed and shows patience as a runner who doesn’t allow defenders a good shot at him.
