Just a few days ago Tulane was searching for their first commitment for the 2022 recruiting season. But the Green Wave have received another verbal pledge within the past few days. Both commitments are pass catchers.

The latest is wide receiver De’Carlo Donaldson, Jr., who has been pursued by Miami, Indiana, Coastal Carolina, South Carolina, Louisville, Syracuse. Ole Miss, Florida State, Appalachian State, Florida and USF. The three-star prospect plays at Gulliver Prep in Miami, Florida.

Donaldson, 6-2 and 210 pounds, listed as a tight end, is really a wide receiver. He splits out wide, displays good hands, show good concentration and runs solid routes. He has a reputation of making those around him better. Donaldson has flown under the radar thus far, but recruiting is expected to intensify as the process continues.

Tight end Tyler Siddons committed to the Green Wave last week.
