Recruiting: Madison Prep’s Major Burns commits to LSU for 2020

Nobody wanted the Major Burns you may remember from M*A*S*H but high major football programs have been hot after the one at Madison Prep.

This Burns is not leaving the country or even the state of Louisiana. The Baton Rouge product announced his commitment to LSU in a video on Wednesday:

The 16th commitment for Ed Orgeron and the Tigers in the 2020 recruiting class is rated the No. 4 prospect in the state of Louisiana by 247Sports.

The 6-foot-2, 175 pound defensive back is a former Texas A&M pledge who chose LSU over Oklahoma, Auburn, Florida, Miami and other Power 5 programs.
