Recruiting: Jaylee Womack of Ponchatoula commits to Tulane women’s basketball

Tulane women’s basketball coach Lisa Stockton has landed a commitment from Ponchatoula star Jaylee Womack.

The 5-foot-10 senior guard helped lead Ponchatoula to a 31-1 mark this past season, teaming with LSU signee Amoura Graves to provide a tremendous duo for the Green Wave.

Ponchatoula earned the top seed in Class 5A and reached the semifinals in Lake Charles.

This past season, Womack averaged 22.4 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game.
