Tulane gained their fifth football commitment for the 2020 class when Houston prep tight end Reggie Brown pledged to the Green Wave.

The 6-foot-3, 233 pounder out of Legacy (The School of Sports Sciences) considered offers from UTSA, East Carolina, Louisville, Alabama State, North Texas, Tennessee, Southern Miss, ULM, UTEP and Florida Atlantic.

With soft hands and steady blocking ability, Brown is also effective running after catch. He plays both football and basketball.

His father Reggie Brown Sr. was first round NFL draft pick by the Detroit Lions in ’96 as a linebacker and started 26 games until a spinal cord injury shortened his career.
