Recruiting: Holy Cross shortstop Gavin Schulz commits to Tulane

Holy Cross shortstop Gavin Schulz has committed to Tulane for the 2021 recruiting class.

Previously committed to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, the 5-foot-9 Schulz has a strong arm for the position with good range and ability to throw from the hole. As a pitcher, he throws 83-84 consistently.

Schulz is the younger brother of former Holy Cross and Delgado star Grant Schulz, now at Louisiana-Monroe.
