Fields, a wispy 6-foot, 167 pounder with 4.5 speed, runs good routes and makes people miss after the catch. Hehas great burst off the line of scrimmage. Fields models his game after current NFL rookie Jerry Jeudy.
Also a talented sprinter, Fields runs the 200 meters and 400 meters at Helen Cox.
The new head coach at Missouri State is Bobby Petrino, who compiled a 160-65 mark as a head coach at Arkansas, Atlanta Falcons, Louisville and Western Kentucky. He has spent 38 seasons in the coaching profession so his winning reputation and wide-open offensive philosophy is sure to draw more talented recruits to the Missouri State program.
