Recruiting: Elite kicker Kriston Esnard commits to Tulane for 2021
Tulane kicked their 2021 recruiting class up a notch Friday with their 13th verbal pledge from specialist Kriston Esnard.

Esnard, a 5-foot-10, 170-pound product of Decatur High School in Georgia is a top-five ranked place kicker nationally in the ’21 class based on his showing at the prestigious Kohl’s Showcase Camp. Esnard won multiple competitions among 200-plus campers. He possesses good leg strength and performs well under pressure.
The right-legged Esnard boots 50 yard-plus field goals with relative ease with great height and depth while also showing top talent as a punter. He also plays soccer and runs the 4 X 100 relay for the Decatur Bulldog track team.
Offered by the Tulane staff July 30th, Esnard is a gifted athlete overall who was drawn by Tulane’s academic reputation.
