Edna Karr wide receiver Aaron Anderson received an offer from LSU and immediately accepted it Saturday to join the Tigers’ commitment list for their 2022 class, reports Rivals recruiting analyst Sam Spiegelman.

The No. 233 prospect in the Rivals rankings for 2022 joins quarterback Walker Howard, fellow in-state wide receiver Decoldest Crawford and defensive lineman Shone Washington among LSU’s early pledges.

The 5-foot-11, 185-pound Anderson is a compact but explosive playmaker in the open field with deep speed.

Anderson has 28 receptions for 506 yards and six touchdowns this season for the Cougars, who will seek a fifth straight Class 4A state championship Dec. 29 against top-seeded Carencro at Turpin Stadium in Natchitoches.
