Recruiting: Dutchtown linebacker Dickson Agu commits to Tulane
Willie Fritz and his Tulane football coaching staff have added another pledge from a talented recruit close to home.

The 6-foot-2, 220 pounder is an intriguing prospect, drawing offers from Purdue, Louisiana Tech, Louisiana-Lafayette, ULM, Air Force, Charlotte, Southern Miss, Darthmouth, Northwestern State, Incarnate Word, Southeastern Louisiana and other Division I programs. He recently visited Missouri and also camped this summer at Mississippi State and Vanderbilt.
A 4.0 student, Agu plays against the run with avengance and is also very active as a pass rusher. As a middle linebacker, he drops into pass coverage and chases plays down.
