McNeese State’s football commitment list grew by one for 2019, adding Dutchtown cornerback Jordan Jackson.

The 5-foot-10, 160 pounder also considered offers from Arkansas Pine-Bluff and Midwestern State. Southeastern, SMU and Tulane also showed interest.

Smooth in transition, Jackson shows good timing on pass break ups and is fearless with the ball in the air. He can be somewhat of an ankle tackler at times. Jackson maintains positioning with receivers throughout routes.

McNeese now has two known commitments for the current recruiting cycle.
