In a weekend full of good news for LSU football, more came Sunday on the recruiting trail.

Alexandria Senior High’s Jacobian Guillory committed to the Tigers:

Guillory had previously intended to announce his pledge in JAnuary at the All-American Bowl in San Antonio but the 6-foot-2, 330 pound defensive tackle became the 25th commitment in LSU’s 2020 class instead.

Guillory, Louisiana’s fifth-rated senior recruit by 24/7 Sports, has visited both Alabama and LSU. The powerful interior lineman bench presses 370 pounds, squats over 700 and dead lifts 625 but also moves extremely well for someone his size. A good run stuffer, Guillory gets small as pass rusher to push the pocket as well.

LSU assistants Dennis Johnson and Dave Aranda combined to secure Guillory’s commitment.
