Baton Rouge can now be called a city of brotherly love.

That’s because 2023 linebacker Whit Weeks committed Saturday to LSU.

The three-star prospect out of Watkinsville, Georgia, native is set to join his older brother West Weeks, an offseason transfer addition from Virginia, on the Tigers roster next year.

Whit Weeks chose LSU over Georgia, Oklahoma, USC, Tennessee and others to become the Tigers’ first linebacker commitment in their next signing class. The 6-foot-2, 215 pounder’s father David Weeks was an All-SEC lineman.

LSU now has 14 commitments for 2023.
