Tulane scored their first 2022 football pledge Wednesday with the commitment of tight end Tyler Siddons.

The 6-foot-5, 252 pounder out of Salem, Arkansas considered Middle Tennessee State as well. The Green Wave extended an offer February 21.

Siddons has twice been named all-conference as sophomore and junior. He holds a 3.0 GPA.

A big receiving target, Siddons needs a little polish on his pass catching skills. He is a nasty and solid blocker. His team runs the ball 40-50 times per game. Siddons also plays defensive end on the other side of the ball. He plays with fire, evidenced by the fact that he played throughout the playoffs last season while nursing a broken hand.

Siddons has flown under the radar thus far.
