The commitments for Tulane have been coming fast and furious.
The Green Wave received their third 2022 football pledge in a little over a week Monday.
Gulliver Prep quarterback Carson “C3” Haggard gave his verbal bond to Tulane one day after his teammate, wide receiver De’Carlo Donaldson, announced his commitment to Willie Fritz’s program.
The 6-0, 170-pound Haggard considered offers from Southern Miss and William & Mary. He is a pro style prospect with a nice delivery. He can make tight window throws, appears to be very accurate with a quick release and shows a good work ethic.
Haggard has started for the Miami, Florida-based Raiders since his freshman season. In six games last season, he threw for 1,231 yards and 15 touchdowns.
