Ravens will not sign ex-Tulane WR Ryan Grant after failed physical

When the Baltimore Ravens agreed to a four-year contract with former Tulane wide receiver Ryan Grant earlier this week, it seemed like a great news for both sides. Two days later, the deal has been revoked.
Grant failed his physical with the Ravens, according to multiple reports. It appears Baltimore has ended its intentions to sign Grant as a result. ESPN’s Adam Schefter indicates the injury in question happened to Grant’s ankle in his final game last season:
Baltimore failed former Washington WR Ryan Grant on his physical over an ankle injury that dated back to the Redskins' final regular-season game, per source. Grant's time in Baltimore is over before it began. He remains a free agent.

During his four seasons with the Redskins, Grant was active and played in every regular season game.
The proposed contract was reported to be worth $29 million with $14.5 million guaranteed.
