In accordance with the 2019-2020 LHSAA bylaws, the LHSAA Football Select State Championships will be held on the 22nd week of the National Federation of State High School Associations’ (NFHS) calendar – December 5 – 7, 2019. The process of selecting a venue(s) has begun with Request for Proposals (RFPs) from interested facilities due August 30th.

The Louisiana Select Association (LSA) is pleased to announce that, to date, all of the schools in three of the four Divisions have agreed to host their football State Championships at the neutral site to be selected after the deadline for RFPs. Progress is being made on the final Division and an update on this status will be communicated as soon as possible.

After confirmation with the LHSAA, the LSA will notify the media when the Select Football State Championship site(s) is determined.
