Pelicans center Jahlil Okafor injures ankle in preseason debut
Pelicans center Jahlil Okafor suffered an ankle injury during Sunday’s preseason game against the Chicago Bulls.
With only 18 seconds left in game, Jahlil Okafor appeared to have sprained an ankle and fell to floor. He was taken to locker room, walking on his own power but a bit gingerly

Okafor was scheduled to undergo an X-ray and MRI on the ankle, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. The 6-foot-11 Okafor left the United Center on crutches.
