NFLPA advises players to end private offseason group workouts
The NFL Players Association has advised its players to no longer participate private offseason group workouts due to COVID-19 concerns.
NFLPA medical director Dr. Thom Mayer was quoted in a statement released Saturday by the NFLPA recommending players “no longer engage in practicing together” until the start of training camps late in July.

Positive COVID-19 cases have increased among NFL players and team employees in a similar fashion to other parts of the country as pandemic lockdown restrictions have been rolled back this month.
