Locally-owned Masqueparade races to victory in Ohio Derby
It was another big win for a group of owners in New Orleans, this time in the Ohio Derby.
After an 11-length demolition against allowance foes on the Kentucky Derby undercard,
Masqueparade held off both King Fury and Keepmeinmind to win the $500,000 Grade 3 race Saturday at Thistledown.

With Miguel Mena aboard and trained by Al Stall Jr., the morning line favorite at 8-1 scored another impressive win for FTGGG Racing.
Masqueparade previously delivered a dominant performance in an 11Âľ-length victory this year in a first-level allowance optional claiming race on the Kentucky Derby undercard. Win the win in Ohio, his record improves to 3-0-1 in six career starts.
