Odell Beckham Jr. has agreed to a five-year extension with the New York Giants. The deal makes the former LSU and Isidore Newman star receiver the highest paid player in the NFL at his position.

NFL Network first reported the agreement.

The 25-year old Beckham will receive $65 million in guaranteed money as part of a contract that can pay him up to $95 million. Beckham was set to make $8.4 million this season, the fifth-year of his rookie contract.

ESPN reports Beckham takes home $41 million guarantee at signing.

Beckham, who suffered a broken ankle that ended his 2017 season last October, has not played this preseason.
