McNeese Cowgirls Tennis

LAKE CHARLES – McNeese will not renew the contract of Cowgirl tennis head coach Giorgia Pozzan, Director of Athletics Heath Schroyer announced on Friday.

Pozzan just completed her fourth season as the Cowgirls’ head coach and compiled a 17-51 overall record and 9-22 mark in Southland Conference play.

“I want to thank Coach Pozzan for her contributions to the Cowgirl tennis program,” said Schroyer. “We wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors.”

Schroyer said the search for a replacement will begin immediately.
