McMain’s Corey Chest, Jr. announces transfer to Link Academy
The top ranked boys basketball player in Louisiana for 2023 has elected to transfer out of state for the upcoming school year.
Eleanor McMain’s Corey Chest, Jr. announced on social media that he will play for Link Academy in Branson, Missouri:

The 6-foot-8, 180-pound forward helped the Mustangs reach the Class 4A title game the past two years including a finals victory in 2020.
Link Academy is a newly-established high school connected to Link Year Prep, a gap year program between high school and college.
