McDonogh 35 vs. Higgins football game moved back to Saturday

With the storm threat, schools in the New Orleans area have been closed today and will be closed Wednesday.

The first domino to fall with regard to scheduling is the McDonogh 35 vs. Higgins contest. Originally scheduled for Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Hoss Memtsas Stadium, the game has been rescheduled for Saturday at 6 p.m. at Memtsas.

The Hurricanes and Roneagles will each be seeking their first wins. Higgins lost Holy Cross 59-0 while McDonogh 35 fell 27-6 to St. Augustine last week.
