LSU Title IX sexual misconduct lawsuit details of new accusations against Derrius Guice, claims Ed Orgeron failed to report rape allegation
Three more women have publicly criticized LSU’s handling of their complaints of rape and sexual harassment as part of a lawsuit that claims the university has failed to properly investigate sexual misconduct allegations on campus.
A group of seven current and former students filed a federal Title IX lawsuit against LSU in April. The accusations by former students are against former LSU running back Derrius Guice, an unnamed player believed to be former Tigers quarterback Peter Parrish and a unnamed professor.
The updated lawsuit alleges current head football coach Ed Orgeron failed to report a rape allegation by another LSU player against Guice to LSU’s Title IX Office or any other entity.
The lawsuit alleges Ed Orgeron was told by a former LSU football player that Derrius Guice raped his girlfriend, Ashlyn Robertson, and Orgeron did not report it. pic.twitter.com/IqoA2nry6O
