Vincent is the second LSU player to opt out. Defensive end Neil Farrell announced his decision last week citing concerns over his family as the global pandemic continues.

Last season, Vincent played in 14 games with eight starts mostly as a nickle back but also saw time at safety. The 5-foot-10, 175 pounder was second on the team with four interceptions.

Speed and versatility are calling cards for the Port Arthur, Tex. native who has also been a standout as a sprinter for LSU’s track and field team.
