LSU guard Tremont Waters to hire agent, enter NBA Draft

For the second time in as many days, LSU lost a key men’s basketball player.

Sophomore point guard Tremont Waters has declared for the NBA draft, he announced Thursday on Instagram:

Waters will hire an agent and officially give up his final two years of college eligibility. His Tiger teammate, freshman forward Naz Reid, announced his plans Wednesday to hire an agent and enter the NBA Draft.

This past season, Waters led the sEC champion Tigers with 15.3 points, 5.9 assists and 2.0 steals per game.
