LSU gets baseball commit from West Ouachita pitcher Wilhite, offers Brother Martin’s Morgan
The LSU baseball program got some good news in the midst of a Saturday night in Death Valley.
West Ouachita junior right-handed pitcher Thomas Wilhite announced his commitment to the Tigers on his Twitter feed during the second half of the LSU-Syracuse game.

Wilhite (6-2, 185) was named second-team all-District 2-4A as a sophomore. He was ranked as the No. 11 prospect in Louisiana’s Class of 2019 by Prep Baseball Report.

Morgan, a first baseman, outfielder and pitcher, is a sophomore who also plays football for the Crusaders.
