Gerald Chatman

LSU senior defensive analyst Gerald Chatman ws temporarily coaching on the field this spring with the Tigers.

Now he’s expected to make that a permanent thing in New Orleans.

Chatman has reportedly taken the defensive line coach job at Tulane, according to Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports.

The move makes it a ‘second time’s the charm’ story with Chatman and the Green Wave. He was previously hired as Tulane’s defensive line coach last year before leaving for Colorado.

Chatman then joined LSU in January as an analyst only to take on an interim defensive line coach role when defensive line coach Jamar Cain left the Tigers for a position with the Denver Broncos.
