Loyola’s all-time basketball leader Zach Wrightsil to transfer to Marquette
After leading one Jesuit university to basketball glory, Zach Wrightsil is looking to do so at another one.
the All-American from Loyola University of New Orleans committed to Marquette on Sunday morning.

Wrightsil led Loyola to the NAIA National Championship and earned national player of the year honors this past season. He averaged 18.7 points, 8.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.1 steals per game.

The 6-foot-7 forward made an official visit to Marquette on Thursday. The native of Prosper, Texas has an extra season of eligibility after playing four years for the Wolf Pack.
Wrightsil leaves Loyola as the program’s all-time leader in points, rebounds and assists.
