Lions’ mid-week home game with Ragin’ Cajuns postponed until April 3

HAMMOND, La. – With rain forecast for most of the evening, Southeastern Louisiana has postponed Tuesday’s non-conference game against UL Lafayette until later in the season.

The game between the Lions (2-5) and UL Lafayette (1-6) has been rescheduled for April 3 at 6 p.m. at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field. All tickets sold for Tuesday’s game will be valid for entry to the rescheduled contest.

Southeastern returns to action Wednesday, traveling to No. 9-ranked Mississippi State (6-1) for a 5:30 p.m. game at Dudy Noble Field/Polk-Dement Stadium in Starkville, Mississippi.

Wednesday’s game can be heard in the Hammond area on the flagship station of the Southeastern Sports Radio Network, KSLU 90.9 FM, online at and via the Lions Gameday Experience, Radio FX and TuneIn Radio apps. Fans can also keep up with all the action through live statistics or by following @SLUathletics on Twitter.

The SEC Network+, available at and on the WatchESPN app, is streaming a video broadcast of Wednesday’s game at Mississippi State.
