Lionette’s National Championship routine to be featured on ESPN

HAMMOND, La. – ESPN will air footage from the 2018 UDA College Dance Team National Championships, including the Southeastern Louisiana Lionettes’ gold medal routine, twice in the coming weeks.

The Division I and Open Dance episode will air Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and March 10 at 11:00 a.m.

Southeastern’s gold medal-winning Hip Hop routine is slated to be shown in its entirety.

The Lionettes beat out dance teams from St. John’s, Saint Joseph’s, North Dakota State, Northern Arizona and Central Connecticut State in the Division I Hip Hop finals as Southeastern claimed the first gold medal in program history.
