Limited tickets now available for LSU-Florida State matchup in Allstate Louisiana Kickoff

September 4 Showdown to Feature LSU and Florida State in the Caesars Superdome

NEW ORLEANS – A limited number of tickets to the Allstate Louisiana Kickoff between LSU and Florida State are now available to the general public. The game will be played on Sunday, September 4 at the Caesars Superdome.

“We encourage fans to act quickly to have the chance to see this national showdown between the Tigers and the Seminoles,” said Jeff Hundley, the CEO of the Allstate Sugar Bowl, which is hosting the game.

The Sugar Bowl has partnered with Allstate and the Louisiana Office of Tourism to bring the game to New Orleans. It will also bring a nation-wide television audience as it will be broadcast on ABC. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.

Fans are also reminded that the Sugar Bowl has secured agreements with a wide-range of hotel partners that will provide discounted rates for fans visiting New Orleans for the big game. Click here to see rooms available at discounted rates for the days around the Allstate Louisiana Kickoff.

Labor Day Weekend has been a popular time for visitors to New Orleans and this year will include Tailgate Town in Champions Square, a free event that will be held Sunday, September 4 prior to the game between the Tigers and the Seminoles.

The Allstate Sugar Bowl has established itself as one of the premier college football bowl games, having hosted 28 national champions, 100 Hall of Fame players, 51 Hall of Fame coaches and 20 Heisman Trophy winners in its 88-year history. The 89th annual Sugar Bowl Classic is scheduled to be played on Saturday, December 31, 2022.
